Joe Martin

Joe officially joined the family business as a licensed realtor in 2012, but his experience in real estate and construction go back much farther than that! Joe spent most of his childhood learning the basics of real estate and construction with hands on experience and a passion for the industry. A proud graduate of Bristol Central High School, and then Roger Williams University with a BS in Construction Management, Joe has built homes, roads, hospitals, schools, and orchestrated a diverse array of building projects spanning a 20+ year career. What Joe brings to the table when it comes to buying or selling real estate is common sense and a knack for treating others with respect. He understands what it takes to build and maintain a home, and he knows how to market a property to its fullest potential. When not busy closing deals, Joe spends his time with his wife Emma and their beloved rescue dog Wally.
